Rough Kids: No charges have been filed against Donnie Wahlberg, 20, one of the New Kids on the Block, after a fracas over a seat aboard a Salt Lake City-to-Atlanta flight early Sunday. The trouble reportedly started as Benjamin Dattner, 20, of New York reportedly was sprawled across several seats trying to sleep during an overnight Delta flight. A flight attendant observed Wahlberg “standing in the aisle yelling at the victim” at about 5 a.m., Atlanta police said. Dattner reportedly asked Wahlberg if he had a ticket for the seat and the singer allegedly poked Dattner in the eye. Dattner was treated at an Atlanta hospital for a scratched cornea and contusions.
