UCI Men Lose in Soccer to San Diego State

David Quesada and Greg Cipolla scored in overtime for San Diego State, which defeated UC Irvine, 4-2, in a nonconference men’s soccer match Tuesday at Irvine.

Jeff Wale scored early in the first half for San Diego State (4-1). Irvine (1-3-1) came back to take a 2-1 lead on first-half goals by John O’Brien and Erik Nasarenko.
