Casino USA Buys Food Distributor: Casino USA, the parent of the Los Angeles-based Smart & Final warehouse grocery chain, said it purchased Ft. Stockton Food Distributors Inc., a Stockton-based distributor of food and supplies to restaurants, schools and other institutions. Ft. Stockton had 1990 sales of $50 million. Terms weren’t disclosed.
