Pollution Research Firm Wins S. Korea Contract

Pollution Research and Control Corp., a Glendale company that makes devices for monitoring air pollution, said it has received a contract for about $550,000 from a South Korean agency that is the equivalent of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
The company, which won its first contract in South Korea for the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games, said it is the largest supplier of pollution monitoring equipment to Korea.
