John Harris, producer of the Harris Rating System for ranking high school football teams in Texas, was arrested in Brownwood, Tex., and charged with solicitation of capital murder. Harris is accused of offering to pay Brownwood resident Greg McDonald $5,000 to kill a man who allegedly reneged on a football bet, according to the complaint filed by officials in the case.
