POSTPONED: William P. Gray, the 78-year-old federal judge who oversees Orange County jail overcrowding cases, fell ill over the weekend and has been ordered hospitalized. . . . No word yet on how serious the illness, but the well-liked judge has shelved all December hearings, including one on a new motion to limit population in the county’s jails.
