** 1/2 Breathe, “Peace of Mind,” A&M.; Breathe’s David Glasper is yet another classy UK interpreter of soul and R&B.; Everything on “Peace of Mind” is well and tastefully done, from Glasper’s emotive vocals and intelligent songs, to a rich production job that manages to be lush without sounding cluttered. But it’s all a bit too seamless and proper to sink in deeply. Take it from Tina next time and do it nice and rough.
