Tustin-Based Petrominerals Appoints Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Joel J. Thomas has been appointed chief financial officer and treasurer for Petrominerals Corp., a Tustin company that produces and markets crude oil and natural gas in California and Louisiana. Thomas joined the company from Conversion Industries Inc. in Pasadena, where he was the chief financial officer and controller. Previously, he was controller and treasurer for AGA, an insurance administration firm.
