Good Day, Vietnam: What’s being billed as the nation’s first daily newscast in Vietnamese will premiere today on KSCI Channel 18 in Los Angeles. The station has joined forces with the International Channel cable network to produce “Little Saigon Television,” a half-hour newscast airing weekdays at 5:30 p.m. The newscast will cover social and cultural events in the Southern California Vietnamese community as well as international and national news pertinent to the more than 200,000 Vietnamese living in the area.
