2 ATM Networks Exchange Privileges: Plus System Inc. and Visa U.S.A. agreed on a program providing their cardholders with access to all U.S.-based automated teller machines in the Plus and Visa networks. Over the next two years, the move will add 14,000 domestic locations to the Visa network and 6,000 locations to the Plus network.
