Ventura Entertainment Receives $3.2 Million

Ventura Entertainment Group Ltd. said it received $3.2 million from investors who exercised warrants of the North Hollywood entertainment concern.
Warrants are securities that give their holders the right to buy stock of a company at a certain price within a specified period. Ventura has two classes of warrants, A and B, and it said it extended the deadline by which its class B warrants can be exercised to Dec. 31.
