FMR Corp. Reduces Its Share in House of Fabrics

FMR Corp. of Boston, the parent company of the Fidelity group of mutual funds, has lowered its interest in Sherman Oaks-based House of Fabrics from 16.5% to 15.3%, or 905,873 shares.
FMR sold 70,000 shares of the retail fabric chain’s stock between Oct. 19 and Nov. 20 for $27.50 to $29.20 each, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
