Saddleback College shot 62% Tuesday night in defeating Grossmont, 98-76, in a nonconference men’s basketball game at Saddleback.
Matt Thompson led the Gauchos (5-3) with 20 points and Kenny Caesar added 17.
In nonconference women’s basketball:
Saddleback 95, Los Angeles Harbor 29--Danielle Silva scored 30 points, setting a Saddleback single-game record on 12-of-15 shooting from the field. She made six of seven free throws. Kristen Okura added 15 points and nine rebounds for Saddleback (6-2).
