Litton to Build Navigation Systems for U.S. Customs

Litton Industries Inc.’s Aero Products division in Moorpark was awarded a contract to provide 50 aircraft navigation systems to the U.S. Customs Service.
Litton declined to specify the award’s value, saying only that it is worth several million dollars. The contract calls for Litton to immediately begin shipping the systems, which U.S. Customs plans to use on aircraft in drug enforcement.
