HONG KONG — British golfers Ronan Rafferty and David Russell shot 4-under par 67s in the opening round today and shared a one-stroke lead in the Johnnie Walker Classic.
Tied for third were Scotland’s Colin Montgomerie, Alberto Bianaghi of Italy and Archin Sophon of Thailand.
American Joey Sindelar was among six golfers at 70.
Nick Faldo shot a 72 at Royal Hong Kong Club.
