Bush Sends 145,000 Cards

WASHINGTON — President and Mrs. Bush are mailing 145,000 Christmas cards featuring a watercolor reproduction of the decorated Oval Office, with all costs paid for by the Republican National Committee. New York interior designer Mark Hampton did the artwork.
