DISNEY DEALS: Next year isn’t shaping up the way Disneyland had planned. First, the deal for the late Jim Henson’s Muppets fell apart, apparently because of tax considerations (D5). . . . Now comes word that you’ll not only miss Kermit (above) next summer but also that Indiana Jones won’t be there either. An official says a live-action show planned for 1991 has been scrubbed for “something better”--a ride that will take four years to build.
