Armstrong Elementary Teacher Wins Honors

Toby Kahan, a first-grade teacher at Armstrong Elementary School, has been named the Pomona Unified School District’s 1990-91 Teacher of the Year.
She also was selected by the Los Angeles County Office of Education as one of the county’s 11 nominees for the state-level Teacher of the Year competition.
