* Leon P. Pink has been named vice president and manager of Tokai Bank of California’s new Encino office, the bank announced.
Before joining Tokai, Pink was manager of the Encino office of Wells Fargo Bank. A Northridge resident, Pink has more than 20 years of experience in finance, commercial real estate and real estate lending, Tokai said.
