R.R. Gable Forms Joint Venture Group

R.R. Gable Inc., a Northridge-based real estate brokerage, said it formed a joint venture with executives of Wildwood Oaks Realty that will take over the management of Wildwood’s three offices in the Santa Clarita Valley under the Gable name.
Gable President Roger Hance declined to disclose terms of the deal or the size of the ownership interests that each principal will have in the new venture. The Wildwood offices are in Newhall, Canyon Country and Agua Dulce.
Under the new venture, the Wildwood offices “will operate and function in identical fashion to R.R. Gable branch offices,” Hance said.
