European Airlines Dissolve Venture: Belgian state airline Sabena said it was dropping a joint venture with British Airways and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines due to antitrust conflicts with European Community regulations. But it emphasized in a statement that it would continue to seek a partner to help finance a major expansion plan. Sabena said the three airlines had agreed to end the joint venture in which BA and KLM each held a 20% stake. Monday was the deadline for a pullout under the terms of an agreement reached last January.
