Say It Ain’t So, Loyola Marymount

Loyola Marymount University, that little school overlooking Marina del Rey, now joins the ranks of Kentucky, Nevada Las Vegas and Maryland? I think not.

I find it hard to believe that the allegations made by Lucille Gathers are true, and it is a sad commentary on the extent to which one group will go in order to win.

What happened to Mrs. Gathers was a tragedy, now being equaled by what she is attempting to do to the university for the almighty dollar. But no one seems to care what it is doing to Hank Gathers’ name, and this is the greatest tragedy of all.
