Milt Jensen has been named chief financial officer of Westcorp, the Irvine-based holding company for Western Financial Savings Bank. He succeeds James Mummert, who has left the company. Previously, Jensen was consultant to Westcorp’s audit department and to the board of directors’ audit committee. He was formerly manager of audit for Ernst & Whinney’s Long Beach office.
