In Angelus League girls’ soccer:
Mater Dei 4, Walnut 1--Katie Ward scored three goals and Kirsten Keyler one for fourth-ranked Mater Dei (11-3-2, 1-0) at Walnut.
In Century League girls’ soccer:
Foothill 1, El Modena 0--Kathy Shortall scored two minutes into the second half for visiting Foothill (6-6-2, 1-0).
Villa Park 2, Orange 0--Elizabeth Green scored two goals for host Villa Park (4-5-1, 1-0).
In Empire League girls’ soccer:
Los Alamitos 1, El Dorado 0--Brooke Davis scored in the first half for host Los Alamitos (11-3-1, 1-0). Kathy Skoglund had eight saves in her 10th shutout of the season.
In Freeway League girls’ soccer:
Troy 4, Sonora 4--Colleen Kinnane scored for Troy (6-0-1, 0-0-1) with 30 seconds remaining to tie the score. Lisa Knott scored three goals--her 16th, 17th and 18th of the season--for Sonora (4-4-2, 0-0-1).
In Sunset League girls’ soccer:
Marina 3, Ocean View 0--Amy Peterson, Debbie Klien and Renee Close each scored for visiting Marina (10-1-1, 1-0).
In South Coast League girls’ soccer:
Dana Hills 3, El Toro 3--Amy Kroeger had three goals and Stephanie Boes had 19 saves as visiting Dana Hills (3-3-1, 0-0-1) tied El Toro, the No. 1 ranked team in Division 4-A. Shawn Viloria scored two goals on penalty kicks and Kim Henry added a goal for the Chargers (17-0-1, 0-0-1).
Irvine 1, Mission Viejo 1--Kerrie Baldwin scored with 22 minutes remaining for Irvine (9-2-3, 0-0-1) and the unranked Vaqueros tied Mission Viejo, ranked second in Division 4-A.
