Three Orange County arts organizations and one individual have been awarded grants from the National Endowment for the Arts in the agency’s first round of 1991-92 funding. Opera Pacific will be given $18,000 to support production costs; Laguna Art Museum will be given $10,000 to help improve computerized documentation of its permanent collection; the Orange County Philharmonic Society will be given $3,000 toward American artists’ fees and related costs; and Richard Louis Garcia, a Seal Beach poet and storyteller, will be given a $20,000 creative writing fellowship.
