Will California turn brown in 1991? Not only because of the drought, but also because David Broder suggests the possibility of Kathleen Brown as California’s first woman governor (Commentary, Dec. 30). How about Jerry Brown as U.S. senator? And, of course, Willie Brown as Speaker of the Assembly.
Please pass Dr. Brown’s Cream Soda.
