CAIRO — Saudi Arabia warned potential saboteurs Monday that they face execution if they commit terrorist acts on Saudi soil in response to the Persian Gulf crisis.
“Anyone arrested and found guilty of involvement in any attempt to undermine the national security of Saudi Arabia will be executed without delay,” state-run Riyadh Radio quoted a Saudi Interior Ministry statement as saying.
Iraq has vowed terrorist attacks against the United States, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and other U.S. allies if Baghdad is attacked after the U.N.-set deadline today.
