Looking for Farm-Hands:
Knott’s Berry Farm is looking for a few good restaurant workers.
The theme-park operator is opening a new restaurant, Mrs. Knott’s Restaurant & Bakery, in April in Irvine--its first restaurant outside of Buena Park. To find some busboys, waiters, waitresses, hostesses, cooks and dishwashers, the company is holding a “hiring day” Saturday. Knott’s staff will conduct interviews between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. in a trailer at the Alton Square Shopping Center on Alton Parkway and Jeffrey Road in Irvine.
The new restaurant will have a staff of 70, officials said.
