San Fernando Police Identify Slain Youth

San Fernando police Sunday identified a boy found shot to death in a parked car as Luis Dominguez of Sepulveda.
Police said they had not determined the boy’s age but said he appeared to be about 16 years old. A cab driver discovered Luis’ body about 3:30 a.m. Saturday in a bullet-riddled car parked in the 1000 block of San Fernando Road. The youth had been shot several times, police said.
Police had not made any arrests in the case.
