Herman Moore, Virginia’s All-American wide receiver, and Tennessee running back Chuck Webb will enter the NFL draft. Moore had one year of college eligibility remaining. Webb, who had two years of eligibility left, missed all but one game last season after suffering a torn ligament in his right knee.
