It’s Garry Shandling’s Show: Comedian Garry Shandling will host the Grammy Awards for the second year in a row. The 33rd annual event will be broadcast live from New York’s Radio City Music Hall on Feb. 20 beginning at 5 p.m., and will air locally on KCBS Channel 2.
