Monterey Park : Free Tax Help Offered

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program of the Internal Revenue Service will offer free tax help at Bruggemeyer Memorial Library, 318 S. Ramona Ave.
Assistance will be available in English and Chinese from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays, Feb. 9 through April 13.
