ARTS AID: Giving to the performing arts is not exactly a top priority among the county’s charitable donors, according to a survey commissioned by the Orange County Performing Arts Center (F3). . . . “Few rate giving to the performing arts as very important,” pollster Mark Baldassare found. Ranked ahead are food and shelter, colleges and education, hospitals and medical causes, churches and religious groups and art museums.
