War Families Offered Counseling

The Palomar Family Counseling Service has started support groups for military families and non-relatives close to those in the military. The sessions will be offered in Vista, Escondido, Poway and Fallbrook.
The free, one-hour sessions deal with issues related to coping with the stress, responsibilities and adjustments of separation. For group times and locations, call the counseling service at 745-3811. Individual counseling is also available for a minimal fee.
