Top Guns: There probably are other real estate offices out there that did as well in 1990, but the people at Century 21 Beachside in Huntington Beach have reason to toot their horn.
The news: The 90-agent office sold 766 homes in 1990 for gross sales of $178 million. That was better than any other of the 7,000 Century 21 offices and was not too shabby for a year in which residential resales generally were in the pits.
Besides a lot of commissions from their 1990 performance, the agents will be wined, dined and heartily hailed at Century 21’s annual convention in Las Vegas next month.
