IPS Health Care Joins in Texas Venture

Irvine-based IPS Health Care Inc., which provides Magnetic Resonance Imaging services, has signed a binding letter of intent with a group of Texas physicians to form a joint venture in Texas.
The venture would entail moving one of the company’s mobile MRI units to a Texas physician’s facility and setting up operations at the site, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
IPS is also exploring joint ventures in Northern California, Arizona and other locations.
