Water-Rationing Plan to Be Explained

NEWPORT BEACH — City utilities director Bob Dixon will explain water-rationing measures to be implemented later this month by the City Council during the Speak Up Newport monthly meeting tonight
Dixon will discuss a 10-phase plan approved last month and what water customers can expect in the next six months.
Speak Up Newport is a nonprofit organization that provides monthly public forums for discussion and presentation of issues in Newport Beach.
Tonight’s meeting, which begins at 6:15 p.m., will be held at the Villa Nova restaurant in Newport Beach. It is free to the public.
