Duarte and Lynwood are among 30 U.S. communities named as finalists in the 42nd annual All-America City Award program conducted by the Denver-based National Civic League. The finalists will give formal contest presentations in San Antonio, and the 10 winners will be announced June 8. The All-America City Award recognizes excellence in strengthening the problem-solving capacity of America’s communities.
