Malibu : Delegation to Meet Soviets

Pepperdine professor Dan Caldwell will lead a delegation of Americans, including corporate attorneys, military officers, a doctor and a Los Angeles Unified School District official, to Moscow and Minsk for a two-week session of talks with mid-career Soviet professionals .
Caldwell, a political scientist, is president of the Washington-based Forum for U.S.-Soviet Dialogue, a volunteer group that stages a similar conference in the United States on alternate years.
The group will leave for the Soviet Union at the beginning of July.
