Filling a Vacancy: Speaking of office leasing in that neighborhood, it is said to have picked up a little recently, according to some brokers. These days, though, signing a good-sized tenant for one of the county’s big office buildings is still something of an event.
So the fact that Bentall Executive Center in Santa Ana finally landed one shortly before its 10-story building opens in June is seen as another sign the central county office market is getting a little better. That’s after a raft of new office towers opened three years ago and sent office vacancy rates through the roof.
The tenant: the Admar Group, a health care company that took the third floor and half of the second for its 150-person headquarters staff on a five-year lease.
