Loll to Attend Air Force Academy

Thousand Oaks High forward Chris Loll, The Times’ Ventura County basketball player of the year in 1990-91, said Friday that he has made a commitment to attend the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Loll (6-foot-5 1/2) set career and single-season marks for scoring, rebounds and blocked shots at Thousand Oaks. He averaged 25.2 points, 10.7 rebounds and 3.6 blocks as a senior and led the Lancers to a share of their first Marmonte League championship since 1977.
