Zenith Wins Proxy Battle: Three of the Glenville, Ill., company’s board candidates were opposed by three candidates from NYCOR Corp., Zenith’s largest shareholder. Zenith said its candidates received more than 13.7 million votes each, compared to 6.5 million for the NYCOR nominees. Seven Zenith directors ran unopposed. NYCOR, a New Jersey-based investment company, holds 7.6% of Zenith shares.
