Chairman Steps Down at Korn/Ferry International

Korn/Ferry International announced Friday that Lester B. Korn, co-founder and chairman since 1969, has retired. Korn, 56, will become chairman emeritus.
Richard M. Ferry, 53, now president and chief executive, will assume the additional position of chairman.
“This is part of an overall plan toward assuring that Korn/Ferry will have the benefit of an orderly management transition and succession over the next several years,” the two men said in a statement
Korn/Ferry International, which is headquartered in New York and Los Angeles, is a leading executive search firm that specializes in management recruiting and compensation consultation at the senior level.
