WESTLAKE : Man Flees in Truck After Robbing Bank

A man who appeared to be in his mid-40s robbed a Westlake bank Friday afternoon and fled in a black pickup truck toward Agoura Hills, Ventura County sheriff’s deputies said.
The man entered the California Federal Bank on Townsgate Road about 6 p.m. and presented a demand note to the teller.
He did not appear to be armed, according to the Sheriff’s Department.
Authorities would not say how much money was taken.
