Two Chapman Softball Players Receive All-American Honors

Chapman College softball players Sandy Olivas and Jacki Blake were named to the NCAA Division II All-American team Monday.
Olivas, a junior third baseman, made the team for the second consecutive year. She hit .475 with 12 home runs, the most in the nation.
Blake, a senior pitcher, was a first-time selection. She finished the season with a record of 27-6.
Both helped the Panthers to a record of 47-13. Chapman lost to Portland State in the second round of the playoffs.
