A No Vote for One Institution and a Yes Vote for Another One

Please inform Sheriff Gates and the supervisors that this voter was not confused about what she would get if the measure passed--and yes, indeed, it was a vote against a jail in Gypsum Canyon.
If plans had been to build a jail in central Santa Ana where it belongs, I might have considered biting the tax bullet. Leave the canyons alone!
