Retarded Woman Reported Missing

WESTMINSTER — Police are looking for a 19-year-old, mentally handicapped Vietnamese woman reported missing by her parents Wednesday.
Nguyen Hieu Hanh Thi of Midway City did not return from Ocean View High School, 17071 Gothard St., Huntington Beach, Wednesday afternoon.
Her parents are worried because “she has the IQ of a fifth-grader,” Westminster Police Lt. Bob Burnett said.
“The parents don’t believe she’s capable of caring for herself,” Burnett said.
Nguyen is described as having dark hair and eyes, 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing 110 pounds.
