President and Civil Rights Bill

It is to the credit of the American people that they can so quickly and easily recognize and identify evil. Quotas and skin color have no place in a just and fair society. However, when we used it for more than 100 years to justify the exclusion of minorities from economic opportunity, we didn’t have any trouble with it.
If we don’t want to call it racism, let’s at least recognize it as hypocrisy.
