Chuck Bown recovered from two flat tires to win his second NASCAR Busch Grand National race of the season in a $96,253 Carolina Pride-Budweiser 250 at Myrtle Beach, S.C., Speedway.
Bown won $15,284 on the 0.538-mile track, finishing ahead of Robert Pressley’s Oldsmobile.
