WHITE HOUSE?: Since he lost his seat as mayor of Irvine last year, Larry Agran has considered runs for county supervisor, Congress and . . . President of the United States. “I’m giving thought to all of the possibilities, including the Democratic presidential primary,” Agran said. Agran’s successor, Mayor Sally Anne Sheridan, quipped: “He thought he was President of the United States when he was mayor of Irvine.”
